Indeed,controlling stress is depending on individual's environment.to better control our stress,we could set a closer achievement don't push ourselves too much and understand ourselves,do what we like to do when we feel stress.and also can exercise regularly,we easily to relax after exercising.Then maintain close relationships with family and friends,they are best choice to talk to,when you feel stress.In the end,controlling stress is a very important factor in personal development,without controlling stress people may face more problem in life.
In conclusion, adults have to be able to overcome the stress from their activities, it may to take a hobby or set a realistic goal to reduce a sense of achievement, get a healthy body also important, take a regular exercise, some story says that healthy adult are less stressful than a normal adult. Its also important to keep a close relationships between family and comrades.

Third, Try to maintain your health by exercising regularly, this will keep your body on it's top condition and concentration, and the last one is the most important thing to do.
